Paco García initiated as minister in the Spanish speaking “Church of the Lord/Iglesia del Señor” in Ludwigsburg, Germany. Paco moved as a missionary back to Spain from where he emigrated. With his wife Sieglinde he founded the “New Life” Christian Centers, specialized in drug problems. Founder of “New Life Ministry” in 1987, that grew up to 9 churches and 5 rehabilitation centers. To prepare leaders of those new churches and ministries, Paco started and lead an Theology Institute.
Paco initiated service companies and owned a world class Master Franchise for Spain. He has been involved in national strategies AD2000 and DAWN.
Founded the KAIROS strategy with the goal to motivate the planting of new churches in Spain. Paco moved his ministry to San Antonio, TX.
Trained by INJOY, Dr. John Maxwell organization, to train leaders internationally. Certified as Life Coach, Trainer and Speaker by the John Maxwell Team. Also certified Christian Life Coach by Método CC, Life Forming Leadership Coaching and the Logos University of Florida. He got a Bachelor degree with Suma Cum Laude. Trained leaders internationally through ASLAN Institute of Leadership Studies. Since 2016 in the San Antonio Christian Leaders Forum (SACLF), as part of the Leadership Team, that facilitates the organization and development of all Spheres of Influence in the City of San Antonio. Paco is also well known as international motivational speaker, and is impelling a broader understanding amongst the Christian Leadership of the importance of being involved in all social and professional activities, in the Workplace Ministry. He has served churches in over 40 nations.
Paco communicates in Spanish, in English and in German. Hosted radio show in Radio Luz “Coaching y Éxito”, in San Antonio TX. And directed another Personal Development Radio Show at “La Nuestra”. Recently he was invited to participate in the launching of “TBN Salsa”. Author of the Book “Nueva Vida en Jesus”. And edited Manuals to train leaders in Church and amongst business leaders.

I fully believe in the unlimited potential of each and every person. That´s why I would like to see everybody reaching out their goals through self-awareness. Coaching is the best methodology to get people to it.

An influencer to bring a transformational message to every City, through the culture influencers. Therefore I´m part of different Spheres of Influence strategists. As we understand that every modern society is under several “mind molders”.
