DANIEL'S BLESSING
Our mission is to improve the lives of the impoverished and innocent children everywhere. Haiti was our starting point. Daniel’s Blessing was created in 2010 after the tragedy that came to Haiti. After seeing the devastation caused by the earthquake and the faces of those children to help in any way that I could. Since the earthquake we have made several visits to the children of Haiti in the small villages outside of Port Au Prince. Each year we have been able to bring a little more joy to those children and to assist with their educational and personal needs. In my most recent visits, we were able to take over 500 toys to the boys and girls. Seeing how something as small as a doll can bring such joy and excitement to a child will warm any heart.
In addition to the assistance to the children in Haiti, Daniel’s Blessing has provided toys at Christmas to children right here in our local community that are in the Foster Care system. Many of them without families during that time of year. Daniel’s Blessing has a plan to help even more children while working in concert with other charitable organizations such as the Hope for Haiti Foundation, the City of Norfolk Foster Children, The Up Center and the Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia’s Backpack program.
YOUTH ADVANCEMENT PROGRAMS
Our Youth Advancement prepares our youth to succeed in Hampton Roads and as far away as Haiti. Volunteering in our area schools and Mentoring though our Powerful Pearls Program, we see the needs of our children and they continue to grow. In Haiti, the children are required to wear uniforms and pay tuition fees to be able to attend school, locally the classrooms are larger whereas more supplies are needed.
The list goes on and on and though this fundraiser we provide school supplies, pay tuitions, volunteer and assist where we can to ensure that children will get the quality education they deserve.

Attend the next Daniel’s Blessing Annual Gala. This event attracts professionals, executives, community leaders and citizens to come together for the purpose of helping children around the world. The night is filled with heartwarming updates from the progress of our programs, member recognition, great food, music and atmosphere.
