The right way to wash your hands is here. Not the way we did it as kids.

Are you making the pandemic worse with your behavior? Here are some viewpoints to consider.
We've provided a list of a few key areas to review as the world goes through a legendary pandemic.
Your Personal Mindset
A positive mindset is essential because your concept of what you've considered normal has changed. However, it's a change and not a final outcome.
Don't watch to much news. Get the updates you need and work on improving your personal environment.
Don't panic because there are millions of people and professionals working to return their lives and the community back to normal. Meaning you're not alone.
Don't feed too much into theories of why or how this pandemic happened. This creates debates, arguments, hate crimes, rash decisions, or even deadly decisions. Most of which could've been avoided by keeping calm and preparing for better tomorrow.
Your Supplies
We don’t know how long this will last. However, stores are open. Let’s repeat. Stores are still open. So, you should at least have enough supplies to last 2 weeks. Then when you return to the store you can pick up small things and not overreact.
Don’t be a hoarder. Hoarders are the worst because they take more than what they need and leave others without. This type of panic can hurt the stores providing you your supplies, cause others to do the same thing or make them resort to dangerous methods to get supplies. When this happens, how can the stores get you more of what you need if one person gets it or it’s too dangerous to supply you with anything?
What's in production?
Hearing from professionals and people like you on what's working and what roadblocks need to be broke down. Stay tuned.
